Key Requirement – Payment Gateways
Direct Visa and Mastercard integrations only (no Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, or any third-party aggregators).
You or your team must have proven experience obtaining and implementing official Visa/Mastercard merchant acquiring licenses, 3-D Secure 2.0, tokenization, and direct scheme integrations.

Budget & Milestones

Fixed price per module (you quote only what you take)
Payment: 30% upfront → 40% on testable beta → 30% after security audit & approval
