GoHighLevel Specialist Needed to Build Multi-Contractor Sales System Project Overview

Project Description

Second Mile Solutions (SMS) is building a Sales-as-a-Service platform for home-services contractors (starting with luxury backyard contractors). We will use GoHighLevel as our CRM foundation and need an expert to:

Configure our Agency account
Build a complete Contractor Sub-Account Template
Create pipelines, forms, automations, and dashboards based on our defined 3-role sales process

This project requires expert-level GoHighLevel setup, SaaS setup, automation architecture, template creation, and integration with JobTread software.

What We Need Built
1. Agency + Sub-Account Structure
-Set up SMS as the Agency account
-Build a Contractor Template sub-account that we can clone for each new contractor
-Ensure future updates are easy to maintain

2. Sales Pipelines
-Create a sales pipeline that funnels all sub-account pipelines into the agency pipeline
-Each stage should have the ability to trigger appropriate notifications, tasks, or automations.

3. Role-Based Workflows
We have three roles in our team sales approach:
-Guide (first contact + qualification)
-Site Specialist (onsite visit + notes)
-Design Specialist (design + proposal creation)
We need to build automations so each role receives the right tasks and notifications at the right time.

4. Forms Needed
-Lead Intake Form
-Homeowner Design Preferences Questionnaire
-Site Visit Form (internal use only)
All forms should map cleanly to custom fields for automation and reporting.

5. Automations Needed
Automated sequences for:
-New lead → Guide
-Qualified → Site Visit scheduling
-Site Visit complete → Design Specialist workflow
-Design ready → Guide
-Proposal follow-up sequences
Internal notifications are critical for workflow handoffs.

6. Email/SMS Templates
Create basic starter templates for Inquiry confirmation, appointment reminders, lead nurturing campaigns, etc.
We will refine the messaging; you set up the framework.

7. Reporting & Dashboards
-Contractor-level dashboards (leads, conversions, pipeline metrics)
-SMS-level dashboard (compare performance across contractors)

8. JobTread Integration
JobTread is a contractor based project management software. It is the platform in which proposals and contracts are created and e-signed and will need to integrate with our CRM.
