Automotive Spare Parts Support Application

Project Description

The project is a lightweight and dynamic mobile application that allows customers to request car spare parts through internal voice/video calls or by submitting a request. The system includes a customer file, token queue system, and a simple payment process.



Core Features:

• In-app internal audio/video calls
• No external apps
• Ability to open customer’s request file during the call

• Token number for customers during busy periods

Customer File System

Each customer has one file only, and inside this file each spare part request is separated.

The file includes 3 main sections:
1. Request Submission
• Customer submits spare part details (model, year, part type, notes)
2. Results Display
• Admin uploads available options (brand, price, availability)
3. Accept / Reject + Payment
• Customer accepts or rejects
• Simple payment method integrated



Future Feature (Should be prepared for now)
• Third option: customer manually submits the spare part request (text + model + year + optional image)
