Revit/AutoCAD Automation Add-In Development
Project Description
I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a custom add-in for Revit and AutoCAD using C#/.NET. The add-in will perform geometric analysis, identify rooms/elements, and apply rule-based automation logic.
Key Tasks:
- Geometric analysis: Extract room & wall geometry for internal model analysis.
- Identify rooms/elements within the BIM structure.
- Apply rule-based automation logic for model analysis and element placement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Revit API or AutoCAD API at a production level.
- Ability to work within an existing architecture and deliver in stages (initial POC followed by extension into a full product).
- Strong advantage for experience integrating AI, data processing, or Computer Vision into CAD/BIM automation workflows.
