Project Description
I need a developer (or small team) to build a single, integrated hospital management solution that covers every daily workflow in our mid-sized facility. At the heart of the system you’ll create robust modules for patient registration, clinical records, ward/bed allocation, stock control for the pharmacy and general stores, and a seamless billing engine that handles both cash and insurance cases.
The patient, inventory, and billing features are non-negotiable pillars of the project. On top of those, I also want a fully fledged pharmacy management add-on with its own POS-style billing interface, as well as secure telecommunication and teleconsultation capabilities so our doctors can conduct virtual follow-ups directly from the platform. All modules must talk to one another through a single database to avoid duplicate entry.
Because this will replace several legacy tools, I’m looking for modern tech: a responsive web front-end, a solid relational database (MySQL or PostgreSQL are fine), and an API layer that will let us hook into lab machines later. Clean UX, role-based access, and audit logging are essential. If you’ve already built something similar in Java, .NET, or Node/React and can customise it to fit these exact needs, tell me—speed to deployment matters.
Deliverables I expect:
• Source code and compiled build
• Database schema and seed data
• Deployment guide (Linux server preferred)
• Admin and end-user manuals
• 30-day bug-fix support after handover
I’ll shortlist freelancers who can show previous hospital or clinic software, outline a sensible development timeline, and propose a milestone plan that maps directly to the modules above.
