Technical Interview Support & Engineering Collaboration Partner (Long-Term)

Howdy y’all — I’m lookin’ for a reliable partner who can help out with a mix of interview support, technical coaching, and light engineering tasks on an ongoing basis. This isn’t anything shady or against platform rules — I’m simply needing a skilled collaborator who’s comfortable with English, has some real-world IT know-how, and can assist with day-to-day technical prep and project work.

Here’s what I need help with:

Resume & Profile Assistance

I’d like someone who can hop on a quick call, understand a candidate’s technical background, and help polish up resumes, profiles, and job-ready presentation materials. Nothing complicated — just helping folks present themselves professionally for the U.S. tech market.

Interview Readiness & Coaching

You’ll help run mock interviews, go over technical questions, offer English-language practice, and guide candidates through what to expect in real interviews. If you’re able to walk through coding questions or architecture basics, that’s a big plus.

Technical Collaboration (As Needed)

From time to time, I may need help reviewing code, explaining engineering concepts, or offering support on small tasks. I’m not looking for someone to take over full-time development — just someone dependable who can jump in when guidance is needed.

Communication & Professionalism

Clear English communication (written and verbal) is important. I need someone who’s easy to work with, respectful, and organized. You'll be collaborating closely, so reliability matters a whole lot.

Compensation

This will be hourly work. Rates can be discussed based on experience, workload, and commitment. If we work well together, this can turn into a steady long-term partnership.
