Venue CRM Build-Out

I need a purpose-built Venue CRM that feels as smooth as VenueFlowAI while remaining fully owned and controlled by us. The system must pull new leads directly from forms embedded on our website, place them into a visual pipeline (New → Toured → Proposal → Booked), and automatically nurture prospects with email and SMS sequences I can edit at any time.

Beyond lead management, I expect a complete operational backbone:
• Shared calendar showing confirmed and tentative events
• Contract generation with e-signature support
• Easy Stripe or Square payment links inside each deal
• Permissions-based access for sales staff, coordinators, and managers
• Clean, mobile-friendly interface

AI Customer Assistant (ChatGPT-powered):
I want an AI assistant integrated directly into the CRM. It must automatically reply to inquiries, guide customers through steps (tour scheduling, capacity questions, pricing, availability), collect event details (guest count, date, budget), and create/update leads inside the system. Some messages will auto-send; others I’ll approve manually. A web chat widget should also be included.

2D & 3D Floorplan Designer (similar to Tripleseat Floorplans):
The platform must include a drag-and-drop floorplan tool where our rooms are drawn to scale. Users should be able to place tables, chairs, bars, décor, stages, etc. with snap-to-grid, rotate, zoom, and undo/redo features. I also need a 3D preview mode (using Three.js or similar). Floorplans must support multiple versions and PDF/image export, and clients should be able to view a read-only link.

Core deliverables include:
• A fully installable web app with modern UI/UX
• Source code with documentation
• A simple admin guide for editing pipelines, templates, automations, inventory, and floorplan items

For testing, I’ll submit a form, watch it hit the “New” stage, receive the first automated email, move the record through each step, generate a contract, collect payment, and design a layout in both 2D and 3D.
