Secure Multi-Page Webform App

I need a full-stack developer to build a browser-based webform application that is both secure and feature-rich. The form will span several pages, guiding users through a structured workflow while keeping performance snappy on Chrome, Safari and Edge.

Access starts with a classic username-and-password login. Once inside, users will encounter dynamic tables they can edit, sort and run formulas against—think lightweight spreadsheet behaviour embedded directly in the form.

Additional functions I must have:
• File uploads that automatically compress images to keep storage lean and page loads quick.
• Address-powered map generation showing a pinpoint or route as soon as the user types an address.
• An AI helper that analyses early input (descriptions, addresses, etc.) and auto-completes the remaining fields to speed up data entry and cut down on errors.

Deliverables I’ll review for acceptance:
1. A responsive, multi-page webform that passes login, table, upload, map and AI tests in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and Edge.
2. Source code with clear inline comments plus a short setup guide so I can deploy on my own server.
3. Brief user documentation outlining core features, AI usage notes and any limitations.
