Revamp and SEO Optimize Rhetorica.dk Website

Our current site, rhetorica.dk is functional but its look feels a few years behind our brand. I want every public-facing page refreshed so it delivers a clean, modern and minimalist experience while also ticking every on-page SEO box and works as great landing pages – built in WordPress, where we already have a hosted solution with Godaddy. I do not have reference sites in mind, so I’ll rely on your creative direction for overall layout, but we are competing with www.rhetor.dk, www.aroskurser.dk, www.retorikfirmaet.dk and we are sister-company to www.napica.com (which also needs a remake).

Here’s what I need from you:
• Re-work the page layout so content breathes, navigation is clear and the design scales beautifully from mobile to desktop.
• Easy for us to maintain, so with Elementor or similar installed and setup. And with Yoast SEO or similar installed for SEO.
• Use our existing colour palette and type pairings that align with a minimalist and Scandinavian aesthetic.
• Replace or refine imagery and graphic elements so they feel cohesive and high-resolution across devices.
• Clean, semantic HTML: a single, properly nested H1 per page, logical H2/H3 hierarchy, descriptive alt text, lean CSS and accessible markup.
• Core on-page SEO improvements (titles, meta descriptions, performance-friendly assets) baked into the update — if add-on plugins required then free ones only. It is important that the remaking/migration to new design is done so we keep the URL-structure or make redirects, so not to lose SEO.
• a full version in both English and Danish. Currently the site is in Danish and autotranslated into English, but we need a full version (same pages and structure) in UK-english. So a mirror site in UK-English of the Danish version with the URL rhetorica.com (we already own that).

Facts:
- Approx. 25 pages per site per language (so approx. 25 currently in Danish that needs to be mirrored in English)
- We use a few extra plugins like MailerLite, Cost Calculator (important to keep settings and forms), Flamingo and Contact form 7, but no custom apps
- We will be adding videos on all product landing pages, so have that in mind.
- Please also consider how to best integrate the Cost Calculator in the website - it is currently only on one page, but needs to be added (feel free to recommend another cost calculator for bespoke courses if you prefer)

We would like a process like this:
- Send us a quote/ask questions
- We make a milestone of 200 AUD for you to make a mood board to confirm the direction
- Hereafter the design and building work begins
- We approve page by page
