Psychology Service Management Software
Project Description
We need a software system for management of a psychology service (scheduling, space reservation, patient records). The system must have professional, manager and user profiles. The system shall be developed in PHP/Laravel, and will include, among others, the following functionalities:
User and role management: students, patients, faculty members, technical supervisors, researchers, and managers, with integration with authentication techologies (OAuth);
Registration of activities and associated courses;
Continuous-flow logging of services provided, with data accessible to the general public;
API providing consolidated data on the services offered;
Space reservation (on-site and online rooms) integrated with user registration;
Storage of electronic medical records and other service/attendance records;
Management reports for monitoring activities;
Support resources (calendars, notifications, and related functionalities).
Estimated scope:
Annual volume: 100 users, 3,240 patients, 17,567 service records, 50 services;
Storage: approximately 1,000 records (20 KB each);
Development time: approximately 600 hours over 4 months;
Corrective and evolutionary maintenance for 12 months after delivery.
