Project Description

I need a mobile social-media–style app whose first release focuses on fast, reliable messaging. The core build should let users register, create one-to-one or group chats, exchange text, images, and voice notes in real time, and receive push notifications when new messages arrive. End-to-end encryption, secure authentication, and a lightweight, modern UI are must-haves.

Cross-platform delivery (iOS and Android) is preferred, whether you choose Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift, or another robust stack—please outline your approach and any advantages it offers. A simple but scalable backend with database, media storage, and admin analytics should accompany the app so new facets such as profile pages or a news feed can slot in later without a full rewrite.

Acceptance criteria for hand-off:
• Source code and build instructions
• Working builds on both stores or installable APK/IPA for testing
• Real-time messaging verified by at least two concurrent test devices
• Basic admin panel or API docs covering user management and metrics
