Needs to Hire 2 Freelancers for Modern Dating App

We already have a working dating platform in production, and we are now expanding the app with new features, improved performance, and a better matching experience.
To support this next development phase, we are hiring 2 Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developers to work on upgrades, new modules, and overall optimization.

Current App Features (Already Built)

• User profiles with photos and interests
• Swipe-style matching
• Chat system
• Basic verification
• Admin panel
• Notifications

New Features & Improvements Needed

You will help expand and refine the platform with:

• Smarter compatibility scoring + advanced recommendations
• Enhanced real-time chat (typing status, online indicators)
• Improved location-based matching
• Better photo moderation workflow
• Stronger verification (email/SMS)
• UI/UX refinements for mobile responsiveness
• Performance improvements on both frontend and backend
• Refactoring older modules for scalability
• Admin panel enhancements (reports, metrics, moderation tools)

Responsibilities

• Extend and improve frontend components (React.js or Next.js)
• Upgrade backend APIs using Node.js + TypeScript
• Redesign or optimize database structures
• Add new matching logic and filtering options
• Improve real-time chat using WebSockets or Socket.io
• Implement updated geolocation features
• Integrate more reliable upload + verification processes
• Optimize overall system performance
• Maintain clean, modular code during feature expansions

Required Skills

6+ years of professional full-stack experience
Strong React + Node.js + TypeScript
Experience working on existing/legacy codebases
Real-time messaging (WebSockets/Socket.io)
Ability to optimize performance and refactor code
Strong communication and documentation habits

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with dating/social apps
• Redis (cache, sessions, queues)
• TailwindCSS or Material UI
• Push notifications
• Experience with recommendation systems
