Project Description
My outdoor-adventure company needs a booking platform that feels purpose-built for guides and guests alike. The core workflow is straightforward: customers browse available trips, lock in a spot, and complete our liability waiver directly inside the app—no PDFs, no email chains.
Key functions to configure or develop
• Real-time availability updates that instantly reflect new reservations, guide and equipment assignments, or manual changes made from the back office.
• Seamless liability-form integration: the waiver appears as an in-app step, supports digital signing on mobile and desktop, and saves to each booking record for fast retrieval.
• Admin dashboard to create activities, set capacities, view rosters, and export participant data.
I’m open to either customizing an existing SaaS engine or building on open-source tools, as long as the final result is stable, secure, and easy for non-technical staff to run day-to-day.
