ERPNext Expert for Ongoing project - Certified Developer only

I’m already running ERPNext and now need a seasoned hand to keep the project moving smoothly. The core instance is live, yet several workflows still need refinement, a handful of bugs linger, and a few custom scripts and reports have to be built before we can say the system is truly production-ready.
Your day-to-day could include:
• Auditing the current configuration and tightening any loose ends
• Tweaking and extending modules through Frappe customizations or Python scripts
• Building tailored reports and print formats that match our internal KPIs
• Troubleshooting user-reported issues and documenting quick fixes so the team can learn from them
• Laying the groundwork for a clean upgrade path to the next ERPNext release
• Providing brief knowledge-transfer sessions so our in-house admin grows more self-sufficient
Success for me looks like a stable, well-documented instance with streamlined processes, clean Git-tracked code, and users who feel confident operating the system.
