Project Description

I want to ramp up new-user sign-ups for my SaaAS platform as quickly and efficiently as possible. The focus is purely on user acquisition, so every idea, test, and campaign should trace back to one simple metric—how many qualified users join and activate.

Acceptance criteria
• A 90-day experiment calendar that details channels, audiences, budgets, and success KPIs
• Live campaigns running within two weeks of project start, each tagged and tracked in GA4 (or a comparable analytics suite)
• Weekly reports summarizing results, insights, and next actions
• A final playbook that documents winning tactics and how to scale them further
