Customer Satisfaction Survey via Google Forms

I’m looking for help wrapping up a customer-satisfaction survey that will run entirely online. The goal is to have a clean, well-structured Google Forms questionnaire that I can drop into an email campaign and embed on our website.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Draft clear, unbiased questions that cover overall satisfaction, product quality, support, and open comments (I’ll share brand specifics and any mandatory wording).
• Build the form in Google Forms with skip logic, required fields where appropriate, and a branded header so it feels trustworthy.
• Test the flow on desktop and mobile, then pass me the live link plus an editable copy in my Google Drive.
• Provide a quick guide showing how I can monitor responses and export the data for later analysis.
