The Opportunity: Your Mission
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth engine. This is a foundational role where you will architect our go-to-market strategy, build the sales pipeline from the ground up, and establish our brand as a leader in the AI automation space.
You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technical expertise and the market, translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business value for SMBs and enterprise clients. This role is equal parts hunter, strategist, and evangelist.
Key Responsibilities
A. Commercial Leadership & Sales (60%)
· Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting key industries and buyer personas (e.g., CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, CTOs).
· Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to discovery calls, solution design, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
· Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
· Collaborate with our technical team to scope projects, craft compelling proposals, and ensure client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
· Champion a consultative sales approach, focusing on diagnosing business challenges and positioning our AI solutions as the strategic answer.
· *Generate atleast 100 qualified sales for a month of more than US$100*
B. Strategic Marketing & Brand Building (40%)
· Develop and oversee the marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and build industry authority. This includes content marketing (whitepapers, case studies, blogs), SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn focus), and email campaigns.
· Craft the agency's core messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral that demystifies AI automation for a business audience.
· Spearhead the creation of powerful case studies and client testimonials to build social proof.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, webinars, speaking engagements, and strategic alliances to expand market reach.
· Analyze marketing and sales data to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
· Proven Track Record: 7+ years of combined B2B sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a tech-focused agency, SaaS, or professional services firm.
· Sales Hunter with a Closer Mentality: Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, managing complex sales cycles, and closing deals in the $25k - $100k+ range.
· Tech-Savvy Storyteller: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts (AI, ML, RPA, APIs) and articulate their business value in simple, benefit-driven language. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be passionately curious about technology.
· Strategic Marketer: Hands-on experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans that generate measurable pipeline growth.
· Leadership & Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a startup/scale-up environment. You can build processes from scratch, work independently, and also collaborate effectively with a technical team.
· Excellent Communicator: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
· Direct experience selling "emerging tech" services (AI/ML, automation, custom software development).
· An existing network of contacts in industries ripe for automation (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Basic understanding of AI tools and trends (e.g., ChatGPT, Process Automation, Computer Vision).
