Laravel Developer — ChatGPT + Power BI Integration (Healthcare Platform)

We’re MedicExams, a mobile healthcare provider serving child-welfare programs across Georgia.
We need a developer to integrate ChatGPT (OpenAI API) and Power BI into our existing Laravel system to enhance reporting and automate referral/exam summaries.
Deliverables
- Secure ChatGPT integration (via OpenAI API) for drafting referral notes and summaries.
- Embed 1 Power BI dashboard (App-owns-data) inside Laravel portal.
- Basic logging, auth, and documentation.
- Handoff within 4 weeks.
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs Laravel/PHP
- Prior OpenAI/ChatGPT API integration
- Power BI Embedded experience (preferred)
- Security best practices (PII handling, tokens)
- Fluent English & U.S. Eastern overlap
Timeline: 3–4 weeks
