Telegram & Bing X ore Bybit Copytrading Bot

I need a developer who can build a reliable copy-trading system that links my signals on Telegram with live accounts on Bybit and BingX. The bot must listen to my channel in real time, parse the trade instructions I post, and execute them instantly on both exchanges through their REST/WebSocket APIs.

The core logic has to accommodate scalping, day-trading, and swing-trading instructions, so position sizing, leverage, entry/exit, and stop-loss parameters all need to be configurable on the fly. Beyond the actual order placement, I also want the bot to push concise trade confirmations, PnL updates, and risk alerts back into Telegram, plus maintain a lightweight dashboard (CLI or simple web panel) for portfolio tracking across connected accounts.

Security is critical: API keys should be encrypted, and the system must respect exchange rate limits to avoid bans. Clean, well-commented code in Python or Node.js is preferred, and I expect setup documentation so I can deploy it on my own VPS.

Acceptance criteria:
• Parses my Telegram signal format without error
• Executes matching orders on Bybit and BingX in under 2 seconds on average
• Sends confirmation and PnL notifications to Telegram
• Tracks open positions and overall equity per exchange in real time
• Includes install script and README for one-click server deployment
