Cross-Platform Resource Scheduler

I need a purpose-built project management tool that focuses exclusively on allocating and scheduling human resources. The goal is to see at a glance who is available, avoid double-booking, and forecast capacity across multiple projects without the clutter of task boards or budget modules.

The application must run smoothly in a browser, feel native on iOS and Android, and install as a lightweight desktop client for Windows and macOS—ideally from a single codebase so future updates roll out everywhere at once. Real-time sync, role-based permissions, and a clean drag-and-drop calendar or Gantt view are essential.

I’m leaning toward a modern JavaScript stack (React for web, React Native or similar for mobile, Electron for desktop, Node/PostgreSQL on the back end), but I’m open to alternatives if you can justify the choice and keep maintenance straightforward.
