Vastra Clone: Task & Team Modules

I need a full replication of the Vastra mobile app, preserving every existing screen, workflow, and integration, then extending it with two purpose-built additions:

Task Management
– Task assignment so I can allocate work to any user
– Due-date tracking that surfaces upcoming and overdue items
– Progress monitoring with visual status indicators (e.g., to-do, in-progress, done)

Team Management
– Role assignment that lets me define and edit user roles and related permissions inside the app

Everything should feel native to the original Vastra experience; new pages must follow the same design language, navigation style, and API architecture. If the current Vastra back-end cannot support these extra data models, please include the necessary database updates and endpoints.

Deliverables
• Complete source code for iOS and Android (or a single cross-platform codebase) that compiles without errors
• Updated back-end or API layer reflecting the new task and role schemas
• Clean, commented code plus a short README that explains setup, build, and deployment
• A test build or staging environment so I can verify all new flows before sign-off
