Multi-Algo Mining Pool Development

I’m looking to spin up fully-featured cryptocurrency mining pools that cover every major algorithm—Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and anything else miners might demand. Beyond simply standing up the pools, I also need the underlying block templates created and editable so future coin or parameter changes are straightforward.
Core features I must see running smoothly are real-time hashrate monitoring, an automated payout system, and robust user account management. You’re free to recommend the best open-source frameworks or commercial packages to build on; if none fit, outline a custom approach and why it beats existing options.
Deliverables
• Operational multi-algorithm pools accessible via stratum + web UI
• Editable block-template logic for each supported coin/algorithm
• Integrated hashrate dashboard, payout engine, and secure user portal
• Deployment scripts or step-by-step documentation so I can reproduce the setup on fresh servers
