I am about to launch a global eSIM business and need a single, secure platform that takes an eSIM from supplier provisioning all the way to the customer’s phone. The scope covers three tightly-linked layers:
1) Admin dashboard
• User management for staff, partners, and resellers
• Real-time analytics and reporting on activations, usage, and churn
• Billing and invoicing management with role-based access
2) Supplier integration
• Direct, API-level connectivity to Twilio, Giesecke+Devrient, and Truphone, with room to plug in future aggregators without code rewrites
• Automated ordering, profile download, and status sync for data-only plans
3) Customer web portal
• Smooth eSIM purchase flow with plan selection and secure checkout
• Instant activation and profile push, including QR code delivery and deep-link fallback
• Multilingual UI and mobile-first design from day one
Behind the scenes the platform must run on a scalable, fault-tolerant architecture, enforce rigorous security (GDPR and PCI-DSS alignment), and expose clean REST/GraphQL endpoints for future mobile apps. Please implement CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, logging, and full test coverage so we can iterate quickly after launch.
Deliverables at minimum:
• Production-ready code for dashboard, portal, and middleware
• Working integrations with the three named suppliers
• Deployment scripts and technical documentation clear enough for an internal hand-off
• Post-launch support plan and roadmap suggestions
