The project consists of developing a national, centralized, web-based digital platform for the registration, regulation, taxation, and traceability of rental and real-estate transactions.
System will help registering brokers, only registered brokers will be authorized to record transactions and generate rental contracts and sale deeds automatically through the platform. Once generated, tenants or buyers will be required to pay all applicable taxes and fees (national, provincial, and local) either online or via authorized banks, with payments reconciled and validated in the system. Documents acquire legal validity only after payment confirmation.
Every contract, sale deed, or official certificate generated by the system will carry a unique national identification number and a secure QR code, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and public verification.
