Enhancements to Internal Project Bid Tracking App
Project Description
I need a custom web application that lets our team manage project bids from the moment they are created until a final decision is made. This is strictly an internal business-operations tool, so no public-facing storefront or CRM components are required.
Core goal
• Bid tracking: every bid should move through clearly defined stages (draft, submitted, under review, won/lost) with time-stamped updates, file attachments, and searchable history.
Nice-to-have (open to discussion)
• Simple dashboards that surface active bids and upcoming deadlines
• Role-based access so managers can approve or archive items
Tech is flexible, but a modern stack such as React or Vue on the front end and Node, Django, or Laravel on the back will fit our environment well. Please include a brief outline of your proposed architecture, any relevant portfolio pieces, and an estimated timeline for an MVP we can test in-house.
