Design & Implement End-to-End AI Systems to Automate Business Operations and Increase Revenue

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Engineer / AI Solutions Architect to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that reduce operational costs and improve revenue performance for our business.

This is not a simple chatbot project. We are seeking someone who can think in terms of business workflows, automation, ROI, and scalable systems.

Project Scope

You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI systems that may include (but are not limited to):

AI-powered automation workflows for internal operations

AI assistants or agents for customer support, sales, or operations

Integration of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into existing tools and platforms

AI systems that replace or augment manual processes (email handling, data processing, scheduling, reporting, etc.)

Backend logic, APIs, and system architecture that can scale

The goal is to eliminate repetitive work, reduce headcount dependency, and unlock new revenue opportunities through intelligent automation.

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with AI / Machine Learning / LLMs

Experience integrating AI into real business systems

Ability to design end-to-end solutions, not just models

Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools

Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms

Prior work on AI agents, AI assistants, or workflow automation

Understanding of business KPIs and ROI-driven AI implementation

Deliverables
