Project Description

I am ready to commission a full-stack platform that manages the entire life-cycle of motor insurance claims for two distinct audiences: our external partners—brokers and repair shops—and our in-house claims team.

For partners the system must let them open a new claim quickly, upload supporting documents such as photos or invoices, and follow every stage through a live status tracker so they never have to phone for an update. On the staff side I need robust claim-assessment screens, rule-driven workflows that push each file to the right adjuster, and a rich analytics layer for real-time portfolio insight.

The level of automation I am after is moderate: think automatic email/SMS notifications, escalations based on SLA timers, and smart default values on forms, rather than AI decisioning. Clear audit trails, role-based access, and an API-friendly architecture are expected so we can connect to existing policy, payment, and correspondence systems later.

Deliverables
• Partner portal: secure log-in, claim submission form, drag-and-drop document upload, and status dashboard
• Internal console: assessment tools, configurable workflow designer, and reporting hub with export options
• Notification engine: template management and event-based triggers for emails/SMS
• Source code, deployment scripts, and concise technical documentation for our DevOps team
• A short hand-over session and two weeks of post-go-live support

Build in whatever modern stack you prefer—React, Angular, or Vue on the front end; Node.js, .NET, or Java on the back—so long as it meets the above requirements and can run in a Dockerized environment.
