Automation & Integration Engineer (Make.com / WhatsApp / CRM Automation)

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Integration Engineer to build a production-ready automation system that acts as the core “nervous system” of our lead reactivation and appointment workflow.

This is a fixed-scope, short-term project (4–6 weeks). We are NOT looking for beginners or simple no-code builders.

What needs to be built:
- Advanced Make.com scenarios (core orchestration logic)
- WhatsApp API integration (Maytapi preferred)
- Facebook Messenger webhook integration
- Google Sheets used as a lightweight CRM / state machine
- Rate limits, delays, retries, and automation safety logic
- Kill switch / pause mechanism
- Cold lead reactivation workflows
- Appointment handover logic to human or booking system

You are expected to think in systems, states, and failure modes — not just connect tools together.

Required experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Make.com (advanced scenarios)
- Webhooks, HTTP APIs, JSON
- WhatsApp or messaging API experience
- Using Google Sheets as structured data storage / CRM
- Experience building reliable, scalable automations
