Project Description
I need a pair of native mobile apps—one for Android and one for iOS—that will let our guests handle almost everything from arrival to departure on their own phone. After a quick sign-up that accepts both email and phone number verification, the guest should be able to:
• Complete the legally required police registration form
• Check-in digitally and receive their assigned room number
• Generate a secure mobile key card that works for room access, payments at the bar or restaurant, and any other NFC-enabled points in the hotel
• Start an internal chat to reach the front desk or any department for ad-hoc questions
Core guest services to expose in the interface
• Room service request
• Laundry service
• Spa and wellness booking
At check-out the app has to show the full stay balance, let the guest settle it, and release the room. A concise summary of services used must remain available in the guest’s profile.
Beyond the above, the app should display all in-house activities—tastings, excursions, classes—so guests can browse descriptions, see availability, and confirm a booking in just a tap.
I will provide brand guidelines, API endpoints for our PMS, and NFC credential specs. The deliverable is a production-ready build for both platforms plus the source code and brief technical hand-over.
