Our goal is to make a big splash on LinkedIn, targeting professionals, job hunters, recruiters, and career coaches across the United States.

We need an experienced LinkedIn marketing expert or agency to design and execute a comprehensive national launch campaign starting effective January 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The campaign should focus on maximizing immediate visibility, engagement, clicks, trial sign-ups, and paid conversions/upgrades to leverage LinkedIn's algorithm for sustained organic reach.

Key Objectives:
- Achieve high initial post visibility and virality on launch day.
- Drive traffic to our landing page for free trials and upgrades.
- Optimize for LinkedIn's algorithm by encouraging early comments, shares, likes, and saves.
- Target a national U.S. audience, with potential segmentation by industry (e.g., tech, finance, sales) and demographics (e.g., 25-45-year-olds in career transition).
- Measure success through metrics like impressions, click-through rates (CTR), trial starts, conversion rates, and ROI.

Scope of Work:
1. Strategy Development: Create a tailored launch plan, including audience targeting, content calendar, ad creatives, and optimization tactics based on LinkedIn best practices.
2. Content Creation: Develop engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, videos, polls, and stories for the launch. Include hooks like interview stats, user testimonials, and CTAs for trials.
3. Ad Campaign Setup and Management: Set up and run targeted LinkedIn Ads (e.g., Sponsored Content, Message Ads) with a budget allocation (we'll provide $500-$2,000 initial ad spend; you manage optimization).

5. Launch Execution: Coordinate the go-live at exactly 10:00 AM EST on Jan 6, 2026, including real-time monitoring and adjustments for the first 24-48 hours.
