WordPress Integration Developer – AffiliateWP - GoHighLevel - Direct API Integration

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a WordPress integration developer.
The task is to build a direct API-based integration.
The integration is between AffiliateWP (WordPress) and GoHighLevel (CRM).
Zapier or third-party automation tools must NOT be used.
The solution must use webhooks and direct API communication.
The goal is to minimise ongoing costs and maintain full control.
This is a custom integration project.
This is NOT a theme or page-builder task.


PROJECT SUMMARY
WordPress will act as the front-end landing platform.
WordPress will also handle affiliate tracking.
AffiliateWP will manage affiliates and referral tracking via cookies.
GoHighLevel will act as the CRM.
Each affiliate is also a staff member in GoHighLevel.
When a prospect submits a form via an affiliate link:
The referral is captured in AffiliateWP.
Lead data is sent directly to GoHighLevel via API.
The contact is assigned to the correct staff member.
A custom extension already exists in AffiliateWP.
This extension displays lead contact details to affiliates.
The objective is a reliable and scalable integration.
The integration must be update-safe and maintainable.
