Website Transition & Rebuild RFP

Project Description

I’m issuing a formal Request for Proposal to oversee the full transition of our current website to a new, audience-focused platform. The scope spans end-to-end project management, UX/UI redesign, content migration with sound SEO practices, and the technical integrations that keep our operations running smoothly.

What the work covers
• Complete site rebuild and migration of all existing content without disruption to live services
• Fresh UX and UI informed by usability best practices so visitors find what they need quickly
• On-page SEO carried over and strengthened during migration
• Seamless connections to Facebook and LinkedIn plus our AccessPlanit API and Zoho One stack

Timeline
• Submit clarification questions by 23 Jan 2026
• Final proposals due 13 Feb 2026
