Project Description

We developing a next-generation, cloud-native, end-to-end intelligent digital project management platform to govern, integrate, and automate complex real estate and infrastructure project delivery. The platform is conceived as a governance-led digital ecosystem, not a monolithic application or a tool-centric solution.

Core Architectural Philosophy

1. Governance-Led, Not Tool-Led
The platform prioritises information governance, lifecycle control, and validation discipline over tool centralisation.
Multiple authoring, scheduling, costing, and analytics tools may coexist, but authority is derived from governed rules, not from tool ownership.

2. BIM as an Authoritative Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
• BIM is treated as an authoritative information system, not merely a coordination or visualisation repository.
• All project information transitions through governed lifecycle states:
WIP → Shared → Published → Archived
• Only validated and accepted information is eligible for downstream automation, reporting, and contractual use.
• Consultant-owned CDEs remain authoring environments; authoritative acceptance is centrally governed.

3. Event-Driven, Decoupled Architecture
• The platform operates on an event-driven model.
• Commands express intent; events confirm verified outcomes.
• Downstream systems react asynchronously to authoritative events, ensuring:
o scalability,
o traceability,
o and elimination of brittle point-to-point integrations.

4. Strict Separation of System Layers
The architecture enforces a non-negotiable separation of responsibilities:
• Authoring Layer – creation of candidate information
• Validation Layer – eligibility, correctness, lifecycle enforcement
• Orchestration Layer – workflow coordination and state progression
• Execution Layer – scheduling, costing, analytics, and automation
No layer is permitted to bypass or override another.

Cloud-Native & SaaS-Ready by Design
• Designed as a cloud-native platform, supporting elastic scaling, resilience, and secure multi-environment operation.
• SaaS-ready architecture with:
o modular services,
o tenant and project isolation,
o configurable (but governed) workflows.
• Supports both multi-tenant SaaS and selective hybrid deployments, where required by regulatory or client constraints.

• ISO 19650-aligned information management, enforced technically through validation and lifecycle control.
