We are getting ready to open a ticketed dinner-theater experience in Nashville and need a digital marketer who can turn online attention into sold seats. The immediate focus is threefold: tighten up our event-based SEO and metadata so the show surfaces everywhere people search for things to do, build and optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns that reach the right audiences—national, retargeted, and look-alike—and shore up conversion tracking so we see exactly which clicks become ticket buyers.
This role focuses on driving ticket sales through:
* SEO & metadata audit of the show listing plus keyword-rich rewrites for optimization
* Full Meta campaign build: national geo-targeting, retargeting pools, look-alike audiences, creative suggestions, and budget pacing
* Conversion tracking plan (Eventbrite pixel, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager) and funnel optimization recommendations
* Weekly performance report with clear action items and rapid adjustments to improve ROAS
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience marketing live events, shows, concerts, or ticketed experiences
* Strong understanding of metadata, SEO for events, and Google discovery
* Proven success with Meta ads for ticket sales
* Ability to analyze performance and adjust campaigns quickly
* Create website and social media pages
Success is straightforward:
* A rising ticket-sale curve,
* Seat utilization of 50%+
* ROAS for ads - 4x - 6x
* Consistent increase in FB & Instagram metadata (likes, comments, shares, followers)
* Ad performances that meets benchmarks; including Cost per click for ads - CPC: $0.50 – $1.50, cost per 1000 impressions (views), Click through rate
* Metadata we can trust to guide future creative and spend decisions.

* Knowledge of Nashville’s entertainment or tourism market
