Hospital Website Digital Upgrade
Project Description
Our hospital wants to take the patient journey fully online. The current site is mostly informational; I now need it to handle three core functions: online appointment scheduling, a secure patient‐portal with medical records, and real-time virtual consultations.
All new front-end features must talk seamlessly to our existing hospital-management platform, Complycare. You are free to use its documented REST and HL7 endpoints or propose an alternative connector, but the patient data must flow bi-directionally without manual intervention.
Beyond the user interface work, I also need Robotic Process Automation to pick up repetitive back-office tasks—think appointment confirmations, insurance eligibility checks, and nightly data reconciliation—so staff time is freed for clinical work.
Deliverables
• Responsive web modules for scheduling, portal access, and video consults, styled to match our current brand
• Full API or middleware integration with Complycare, tested end-to-end
• RPA bots/scripts that automate the agreed workflows, with logging and error-handling
• Deployment guide and handover documentation so our IT team can maintain everything
