Overview:
I am seeking an experienced web developer to build a scalable, website-based platform designed to support hundreds to potentially thousands of active advertisers and users across multiple regions.

This is not a mobile app at this stage. The priority is a robust, responsive website that can scale, with architecture suitable for future app development if required.

Core MVP Requirements (High-Level)
Advertiser/service-provider accounts with mandatory admin approval
Manual identity verification workflow (ID upload + admin review)
Public-facing directory with:
Region-based filtering
Category and subcategory filtering
Search and sorting functionality
Advertiser dashboards with:
Listing/campaign management
Basic analytics (e.g. impressions, views, engagement)

Admin panel for:
Profile verification and approvals
Content moderation
Advertiser and listing management
Secure payment integration (Stripe preferred)
Mobile-first, responsive design
Advanced automation, machine learning, and highly complex analytics are out of scope for MVP and can be staged for later phases.
Technical Direction (Without Locking Stack)
Clean, scalable architecture suitable for high listing volume
Efficient querying to support filtered search at scale
Analytics implemented at a practical MVP level (clear, actionable metrics)
Performance and security considered from day one
Codebase that supports future feature expansion

What Success Looks Like
A live, stable website capable of handling 100–1,000 active advertisers
Fast, intuitive search and filtering across regions and categories
Advertisers can clearly see how their placements are performing
Admin has full oversight and control due to regulated content

Lo-fi and hi-fi designs are already completed
Full functional details shared after shortlisting
NDA available prior to deeper disclosure
