We are an established IT consulting firm seeking to update and modernize our company website, built on the Framer platform. The goal is to improve visual polish, messaging clarity, conversion effectiveness, and overall user experience—while keeping the site fast, clean, and easy to maintain.

This is not a full rebuild, but a structured update and refinement of the current site.

Objectives

* Maintain a clean, scalable structure within Framer

Scope of Work

1. Website Review & Recommendations

* Review existing Framer site structure and pages
* Identify UX, layout, messaging, and conversion improvement opportunities
* Provide a brief improvement plan before execution

2. Design & Content Updates

**Updates may include:**

* Layout refinement and spacing improvements
* Typography and color adjustments
* Section reordering or restructuring
* CTA placement and conversion optimization
* Light content rewriting or refinement (content provided or collaboratively edited)

3. Framer Implementation

* Implement all updates **directly in Framer**
* Use Framer best practices (components, responsiveness, performance)
* Ensure consistent behavior across breakpoints
* Maintain SEO-friendly structure (headings, metadata where applicable)

4. QA & Revisions

* Cross-browser and device testing
* Fix layout or responsiveness issues
* Up to **2 rounds of revisions** included

5. Handoff & Documentation

* Final walkthrough of updates
* Ensure we can easily maintain and edit content in Framer
* Optional short Loom walkthrough (preferred)

Deliverables

* Updated Framer website (live or ready to publish)
* Fully responsive across devices

* All agreed-upon pages completed and approved

Timeline
