I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a comprehensive staff onboarding system tailored for educational recruitment. The system should streamline the onboarding process with a focus on document verification with integrated AI

Key Features Needed:
- Document Verification:
- Email reminders to staff to upload documents and reminders to candidates. Email sent to client once all is verified and uploaded
- Scanning and checking documents for accuracy and completeness and dates and check DBS is on update service, check right to work.
- Automatic reference chasing to ensure timely receipt of necessary references


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing onboarding systems
- Strong knowledge of document verification processes
- Familiarity with HR portal integrations
