Project Overview

We are building a complete Car Fleet Management System for transport companies.
The platform manages companies, vehicles, drivers, maintenance, working time, documents, reports, and accident handling with insurance automation.

The system consists of:
- Web Platform for Admin, Manager, Finance

- Driver Mobile App

Web Platform Requirements
1. Authentication & Roles

Secure login
Roles: Admin, Manager, Finance, Driver
Role-based permissions
2. Main Dashboard
KPIs: companies, vehicles, drivers, maintenance, failures, accidents
Accident statuses: Open, In Progress, Completed
Charts: maintenance, accidents, working hours
Filters: vehicle, driver, time

3. Company Management

Add / Edit / Delete / View companies
Company details: name, establishment date, managers, vehicles, drivers

4. Vehicle Management

Vehicle details: type, model, year, number, assigned drivers
Damage & accident history
Add / Edit / Delete / Archive vehicles
Assign drivers to vehicles

5. Driver Management

Driver details: photo, name, phone, license, permit
Add / Edit / Activate-Deactivate / Delete drivers

6. Parts & Maintenance

Global parts library (oil, filters, brakes, etc.)
Per-vehicle & per-part tracking
Vehicle maintenance view: last service, next service, km/time rules, history
Maintenance module: search, filters, upcoming/overdue services
Full maintenance records stored

7. Accident & Insurance Automation

Driver submits accident via mobile
Accident instantly appears in dashboard
System creates case file and contacts insurance
Tracks replies and updates status
Sends reminders & escalations
Closes and archives case (GDPR compliant)

8. Archive & Documents

Upload / View / Rename / Delete documents
Types: insurance, inspection, accident reports
Filters and archive management

9. Time Management

Drivers record Start / Break / End in mobile app
Web dashboard handles review, reporting, payroll export

10. Notifications

In-system notifications
Email alerts to managers & admins
