Moodle LMS Developer & Curriculum Researcher Needed – Christian STEAM Academy Platform Build (OER Focused)

Intellect Preparatory Academy is launching a Christian STEAM Academy and is seeking an experienced professional to research open educational resources (OER) and build a scalable Moodle LMS platform that supports online and hybrid classrooms.
The goal is to develop reusable academic content using free, openly licensed or public-domain materials that can be customized and expanded internally without ongoing licensing fees.

Scope of Work
Curriculum & Content Research (OER Only)
Research and recommend open educational resources (OER) and free-use academic materials for Christian-aligned STEAM education
Ensure materials are:
Free to use, adapt, and reuse
No ongoing licensing or subscription required
Digitally compatible
Academically rigorous
Scalable for long-term growth
Validate usage rights and document licensing terms clearly
Organize curriculum into grade-level and subject-based structures
Provide curriculum maps and pacing recommendations

Install and configure Moodle LMS
Recommend secure hosting environment
Branding and theme setup
User role configuration (admin, teacher, student, parent)
Performance optimization and backups
