This is NOT a full insurance system. The goal is to create a presentation-ready MVP to demonstrate business structure, technology capability, and a basic event/claim workflow.

- Fully responsive
- Bilingual: English and Portuguese
- Focus on clarity and trust (no advanced CMS required)

2) Web Platform (SaaS MVP – Dashboard Only)
- Login system
- User Dashboard:
- Overview
- Report Event / Claim
- Claim status (read-only)
- Agent Dashboard:
- Overview
- View and manage claims/events
- Update claim status

No payments, no underwriting, no integrations with insurance carriers.

3) Mobile App (MVP – Dashboard Only)
- Login
- Dashboard / Home screen
- Report Event / Claim
- Claim status tracking
- Contact assigned agent
- Read-only documents

Cross-platform solutions are acceptable.

4) Event / Claim Workflow
- User submits an event
- System generates a protocol number
- Agent reviews and updates status
- Status flow: Submitted → In Review → In Coordination → Closed

LANGUAGE
- English and Portuguese support required (UI and labels)
