WhatsApp Pro Services Marketplace

I want to launch an on-demand marketplace focused on professional services, I already have a fully working android application. However, but instead of a traditional mobile app I need everything to run through WhatsApp. The idea is that clients can discover vetted professionals, request a service, receive quotes, confirm the booking, pay, and stay updated—all inside a familiar chat flow.

Core flow
• Customer sends a keyword or taps a menu in WhatsApp.
• A guided conversation (powered by the WhatsApp Business API) collects service details and shows available professionals.
• The chosen professional confirms availability, price, and any documents needed.
• Payment is processed securely within the chat and both parties receive automated reminders.
• An admin console lets me manage listings, track transactions, and resolve disputes.

Key requirements
• End-to-end integration with the WhatsApp Business API, including message templates, quick-reply buttons, and webhooks.
• Micro-service or serverless back-end that can scale as order volume grows.
• Simple web dashboard for administrators and for professionals who prefer browser access to manage schedules, pricing, and documents.
• (Down the line) Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or local option—we can discuss).

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can complete the entire booking and payment flow without leaving WhatsApp.
2. Professionals receive real-time job notifications and can accept or decline in one tap.
3. Admin dashboard displays live order status, revenue numbers, and basic analytics.
4. Codebase is documented and handed over in a private Git repo.
5. Full knowledge handover post project completion.
