I have three web-based products—Remodel Me Pro, InstaRoof, and Build-A-Trend—that need to move from concept to full SaaS deployment. Each platform shares a core feature set yet will maintain its own branding and domain.

Core modules to be built
• Role-based dashboards for Contractors, Homeowners, and Administrators
• End-to-end claim tracking with status updates, file uploads, and internal notes
• Real-time messaging threaded to each claim or project
• Estimating suite that combines cost calculators, bid management tools, and one-click proposal generation
• AI-driven predictive analytics (e.g., project cost, timeline, risk scoring) surfaced inside the dashboards
• Centralized admin panel to manage subscriptions, user permissions, and detailed analytics across all three products

Preferred flow
1. Launch an MVP for one product (Remodel Me Pro) to validate architecture and UI patterns.
2. Reuse the proven codebase to spin up InstaRoof and Build-A-Trend with brand-specific styling and any niche add-ons.
3. Iterate on AI models and fine-tune the predictive layer once sufficient data is captured.

What I need from you
• Technical approach: stack recommendation, microservice vs. monolith rationale, hosting and CI/CD plan
• High-level timeline with phases, key milestones, and sprint estimates
• Fixed-price or milestone-based cost breakdown
• Brief on how you will integrate predictive analytics (libraries, model training, data pipelines) without locking us into a single vendor

– All listed modules functional in the MVP and tested on modern browsers

– Clean, maintainable code with repo access and inline comments
– Admin panel demonstrates live metrics pulled from production data
– Predictive analytics outputs meaningful, verifiable insights on seeded sample data
