We are building a production-grade multi-tenant SaaS platform with governed AI and a deterministic rule-based evaluation engine.

This is not a generic AI app.
A detailed Developer Pack will be provided and must be followed strictly

Core Requirements

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture + RBAC

Deterministic, explainable rule engine (code-locked)

AI used only for signal generation (no decisions, no scoring)

Voice interview flow (speech-to-text only)

Secure data handling, audit logs, exports

Production-ready code + documentation

Non-Negotiable
AI must NOT make decisions, scores, or modify logic
All scoring must be rule-based and explainable
