I need a modular Workforce Management (WFM) Software as a Service (SAAS) tailored for use in South Africa. This platform must be Microsoft compatible, as we intend to list it on the Microsoft Marketplace. We require full ownership of the code and backend.

- All other services required simliar to enterprise WFM models in the market

Requirements:
- Experience in SAAS development
- Proficiency in Microsoft platform integration
- Strong backend development skills
