Build Complete AI Voice Receptionist SaaS Platform

I need an experienced full-stack developer to build a complete AI voice receptionist SaaS platform from scratch. This will be my proprietary platform that I will brand and sell to local businesses (salons, hotels, contractors, realtors, etc.) under my company name.
WHAT I NEED BUILT:
1. AI Voice Receptionist System:

Twilio integration for inbound/outbound phone calls
AI voice agent that can answer calls naturally, take messages, and book appointments
Natural conversation flow using OpenAI API or similar AI technology
Call recording and transcription storage
Voicemail handling and notifications

PAYMENT STRUCTURE I PREFER:
