Part-Time AI Automation Developer

I am looking for a developer who can join me for a few hours each week and help me chip away at an ever-growing list of automations. Some routines will be classic code (PHP, cron jobs, webhooks, bootstrap UIs), others will lean on AI—mostly Natural Language Processing—to let the system write, summarise or classify content on the fly. A tight NDA and non-compete are mandatory before we touch even the first line of code.

How we’ll work
• We meet once or twice a week—ideally between 11:30 pm and 1:30 am IST—for quick brainstorming, goal-setting and re-aligning.
• You break the plan into small sprints or iterations, deliver, review, repeat.
• Everything must be semi-autonomous or fully autonomous: some scripts should keep running forever, others trigger on demand or via API / Pabbly / ZeroWork.
• Human-in-the-loop checkpoints will stay in place where needed.

Typical tasks I need you to own
‣ Schedule and monitor cron jobs that never fail silently.
‣ Build and document REST APIs I can plug into other web-apps.
‣ Fire and catch webhooks to sync data across services.
‣ Spin up bootstrap dashboards so I can see and tweak each flow.
‣ Automate content, branding, social and marketing drips across projects.
‣ Auto-generate reports, send follow-ups and push project tasks to the right people.
‣ Streamline hiring → learning → selection pipelines with minimal manual touch.
‣ Whenever AI fits, weave in NLP models for text generation, tagging or summarisation, keeping the codebase clean and scalable.

Tech you should already be comfortable with
PHP, HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript , Ajax, Python, cron, REST, webhooks, Pabbly and ZeroWork. If you bring other low-code or ML ops skills, even better.
