Urgent Yacht Charter Site Redesign in WP

I need an experienced WordPress developer who can take our current corporate site — www.all4yachtcharter.com — and relaunch it within 15 days on a fresh, modern, fully responsive build that mirrors the look and feel of demo.all4yachtcharter.com.

Here’s the approach I have in mind:
• Theme: please start from the VOYACHT template (Envato). I’m open to child-theme tweaks as long as updates remain seamless.
• Yacht directory: HivePress (or a comparable business-directory solution) must drive all yacht listings so every vessel has its own structured detail page, search filters, and category pages.
• Content scope: the new site must prominently showcase yacht listings plus our corporate pages and blog; testimonials can follow later.
• Integrations: connect our social channels for easy sharing and pull-through, and wire in our existing email-marketing tool so new leads drop straight into the list.
• Hosting & access: development takes place on our dedicated server. My internal dev team will need continuous WP-admin visibility during the build.
• SEO priorities:
– Keep ranking pages on identical URLs wherever possible; if a slug must change, set the redirect yourself.
– Build with speed in mind (Core Web Vitals green zone).
– Ensure on-page fields (titles, H-tags, meta, schema) remain editable so we can fine-tune keywords post-launch.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Theme customised and live with all existing text, images, and yacht data migrated.
2. Directory search working and returning correct listings.
3. No 404s on previously indexed URLs; redirects verified.
4. Mobile and desktop Lighthouse score ≥ 90.
5. Site handed over in WP with full admin rights.
