Construction Service Mobile App

Project Description

I need an end-to-end mobile solution that lets my construction service company interact smoothly with three distinct user groups—Customers, Contractors, and Site Managers—on both Android and iOS. The core of the app will be a customer-facing experience, but each role will have its own dashboard and permissions.

Key functions I am after include:
• Project tracking with real-time status updates, photos, and progress milestones
• In-app customer support (chat and ticketing) so issues never leave the platform
• Robust document control to share drawings, contracts, permits, and site photos, all versioned and searchable
• Finance management covering estimates, invoices, change orders, and online payments
• Site management tools for daily logs, safety checklists, and resource scheduling

I’m open to whichever modern cross-platform stack you prefer—Flutter, React Native, or similar—as long as performance feels native and the codebase is maintainable. A secure back-end with REST or GraphQL APIs, a lightweight admin web panel, and CI/CD for both stores are all expected parts of the delivery.

Deliverables
1. Clickable UX prototype for sign-off
2. Full source code and documented APIs
3. Admin panel with role-based access
4. Tested builds published to App Store & Google Play
5. Post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor tweaks
