I am currently producing a high-fidelity, clickable prototype that maps every screen, flow, and edge-case for ConAcc4, a patent-pending AI-driven QA/QC accountability platform for the construction industry. What I now need is pure software engineering that turns this prototype into a production-ready web application plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
Scope in plain language
• Build the responsive web front-end and the two mobile clients from the existing prototype. All design assets, component states, transitions, and copy are locked; no UI/UX work is required or desired.
• Implement the backend and database stack defined in the formal RFP (shared after NDA). The document lays out preferred frameworks yet leaves room for equivalent alternatives you may propose.
• Integrate the explainable, non-autonomous AI module that handles document intake and labeling. All models, prompts, and confidence thresholds must be exposed by API so that auditors can trace decisions.
• Enable GPS-verified field execution so that every pass/fail inspection carries a geotag and timestamp.
• Deliver configurable pass/fail workflows, granular role-based access, real-time dashboards, and immutable audit trails.
Key expectations
– Native or high-performance cross-platform deployment on both iOS and Android, released through App Store and Google Play.
– Clean, well-documented code, comprehensive automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
– All intellectual property produced is work-made-for-hire and transfers to me on final payment.
– NDA must be executed before I release the full RFP and prototype access.
Acceptance criteria
1. A fully deployed web app and mobile apps that replicate the prototype’s behavior without regressions.
2. AI intake accuracy and explainability that meet the thresholds stated in the RFP.
3. Field tasks cannot be marked complete unless the device passes GPS validation.
4. Complete developer and admin documentation, plus hand-off session.
If your team can own the build end-to-end and you’re comfortable signing an NDA first, let’s talk timing and milestones.
